ASPIRANTS!!!

I write today to notify you as to the upcoming goings on of the Diamond Terrifier.  Now begins the time of many shows!  I’ll be playing in and around New York 5 or 6 times a month for the next ten months in preparation for my upcoming full length, ‘KILL THE SELF THAT WANTS TO KILL YOURSELF!’…  Due out on Northern Spy in September of 2012.  The record will be produced by Chris Taylor of Grizzly Bear, and recorded and filmed in his awesome church space in Greenpoint which I am fully psyched on!  So I’ll be playing hella local shows so that when it comes time to tour my live set is sharper than the sword of truth.  INDESTRUCTIBLE!

That said, following the tape release of ‘HIMALAYAN APPALACHIA’ on Sockets Records, I will be unveiling the tape follow up ‘SHRINE FLU’ on Words + Dreams in February.  So keep your eyes and skin peeled for that, shit is gonna bang!

At any rate, it is deeply miraculous that I am in the company pictured above, so, show up for the miracle at one of the shows below…  And…  KILL THE SELF THAT WANTS TO KILL YOUR SELF!!!!  IT’S ALREADY AFTER THE END OF THE WORLD…  CONFUSION WISDOM.. LUMINOUSLY.
